Orli Plutchok m.d
Chief of Innovation and Medical Informatics
With over 15 years of experience in medical leadership at Maccabi Healthcare Services—most recently as Deputy District Medical Director in the Sharon District, responsible for quality of care, family medicine, and home-based services—Orli brings not only clinical expertise, but also a deep commitment to people and systems. As Chief of Innovation and Medical Informatics at Assuta Medical Centers, she works to connect care teams, patients, and technologies in meaningful ways. Orli believes that real innovation happens where human needs and smart solutions meet. Orli holds an MBA from Reichman University.
Omri Shlivak
Head of Innovation
Having held positions at the Israeli Ministry of Health and Medtronic, Omri brings a unique perspective on the economic and technological aspects of healthcare systems.
As RISE’s Innovation and Business Development Manager, Omri is responsible for forging new industry partnerships and developing business models for new services.


Inbal Sysman-Wolpin
Innovation Research Manager
With a robust background in clinical research, including a stint at a leading CRO, Inbal is an authority in medical terminology, regulatory requirements, as well as trial development, and data management processes.
Adept at communicating complex ideas to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, Inbal applies her skills to improving care through the introduction of innovative technologies at RISE as Innovation and Research Manager.
Noa Bischitz
Quality Assurance and Operational Management
Noa is a seasoned health executive with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Operational Management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Patho-Lab Laboratory, part of the Assuta Group. Throughout her career, Noa has driven impactful collaborations with leading technology companies in the medical and biotech industries. She has also established and led comprehensive quality assurance and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with medical and GLP regulations.
Noa holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Tel Hai College and an M.Sc. in Teratology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ruthi Degani is a dedicated professional specializing in administrative and operational support within her department, ensuring smooth operations. Ruthi plays a crucial role in assisting with research projects and initiatives, providing essential administrative coordination and operational expertise to support innovative endeavors.

Michal Guindy, MD, MPA
RISE Co-Founder
A Doctor of Medicine with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard, Dr. Guindy first joined Assuta Medical Centers in 2014 as Director of Medical Imaging and was appointed Head of Innovation and Ventures at RISE shortly after its inception.
According to Dr. Guindy:
