A New Chapter: Daniel Rabina is Stepping Down as Managing Director of RISE

“As you start to walk on the way, the way appears”.
When I joined Assuta, a little over four years ago, I never imagined where this journey would take me. 
Together with the one-of-a-kind Dr. Michal Guindy, we built RISE, assembled a stellar team and reached for the stars and beyond, while always keeping our feet on the ground.

Thanks to many great colleagues at Assuta, we’ve achieved something remarkable: transforming care and improving the lives of more than two million patients every year.

But most importantly, we created a culture of collaboration, curiosity, bold thinking, and relentless pursuit of real-world impact. 

That spirit drives partnerships with dozens of innovators and organisations every year, forging innovation and growth not just within Assuta, but spilling over to the healthcare landscape globally.

After fulfilling many dreams in the special place we created, the time has come for me to move on and find new ways to impact patient lives. I do so with a deep gratitude for everything we’ve built together.

I’m sincerely thankful to Prof. Shuki Shemer, Gidi Leshetz, Assuta’s management, and the medical centers’ directors for their trust, partnership, and shared commitment to realizing our vision.

A special thank you to Dr. Michal Guindy who made it possible and to Omri Shlivak who will continue leading until a new director is appointed.

I’m sure RISE will continue to evolve, to challenge, and drive healthcare forward.
