RISE is a joint initiative of Assuta Medical Centers, Israel’s leading private healthcare organization, the University City Science Center (UCSC), the first and largest urban research park in the United States, and Start-Up Nation Central, the prime connector and facilitator of Israeli innovation that generates partnerships to strengthen Israel’s economy and society.
The program utilizes the extensive resources of the partners and their networks to assist Israeli entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in the initial stages of their development cycle:
assessing and validating their U.S. product-market fit.
As validation of this sort is crucial for verifying a company’s roadmap, possibly resulting in an important product pivot, it often increases the chances of a successful US market entry.
RISE with US’s partner network includes market leaders in their respective fields: LionBird and eHealth Ventures – VC funds; AWS and NVIDIA – technology and compliance.
Who Can Apply?

Each selected startup will benefit from a program tailored to its specific needs

Second cohort participants will be part of an intensive four week program:

3 weeks in Israel focused on mentorship and guidance with respect to the US market

1 week in the US focused on market validation with key stakeholders

During the program, workshops and joint lectures will be held for full days
- The program will include 1:1 mentorship from leading entrepreneurs, industry leaders and physicians
